| "Hey Bill, I think the only thing you need to do is remove "Fusion" from the headline. If its a variant on that one for Alaska (did they ever build that?) it will be a fission plant. An interesting idea, but I'm guessing the NIMBY factor will be through the roof.

Another safe(r) form of reactor that uses helium as the heat transfer agent -- helium can't become irradiated, so in the event of a crack/leak, no radioactive gas or steam emission ... neat stuff!"
