Comments on Robot Seeks Illegal Aliens In Britain
It's kind of a stretch, but this did remind me of something from Blade Runner. (Read the complete story)

"What about the 1967 Startrek episode 'Court Martial" where McCoy isolates the heartbeats of everybody on the ship to prove there was an extra person on board."
(BajaB 7/21/2008 11:56:10 PM)
"The spiderbots in 'Minority Report.' There have been a number of short-lived my-partner-the-robot sci-fi cop shows, of which the most recent I know about was 'Total Recall 2070' on Showtime, which despite the title was based mostly on 'Blade Runner.'"

"I thought the most Dickian thing about the movie was that Deckard, and thus the audience, simply COULD NOT TELL whether he was "real" or "artificial." There's not supposed to be a "right answer." Much as nerds need there to be one all the time."
