I'm a little bit more convinced of the utility of this idea in the part where the guy sets up a dozen chairs at once. It's a cool idea.
Seeing this made me think immediately of Frank Herbert's chairdogs, which would follow you around as loyally as these mere mechanical devices. And they give great massages, too.
