"Doc Smith was not the first to describe moving planets. A writer named Olaf Stapelton described such activity in the 1930's. He mentions beings moving planets from a dying star and using artificial suns to warm them."

"I thought that larry niven's ringworld was the best approach for a caveman race like ours. The concept of moving a planet should be explored as our science is now leaping exponentially. Imagine if we actually use Warp tugs to move Venus to mars orbit, mars to earth (2 moons) and mercury to be Venus's new moon.
And the some Jovian /Saturn moons moved to inner orbit on the inside Goldilocks zone."
