Comments on Ticketime Concept Timepiece Ticket
Neat concept reminds me of the master, Isaac Asimov, who also wanted to improve tickets. (Read
the complete story)
"It would be really neat if it was A. Smaller B. Reusable (like utilizing an e-paper display for the vitals on the left) and C. Durable/foldable. But aren't hard artifacts like tickets already doomed to be a thing of the past? I can just save a pdf of my ticket on my smart phone. Pretty soon, we won't need the object itself at all."

"Zac, you're right, it does in some ways seem like a sixties artifact. A generation ago, an airline often provided passengers with a kind of souvenir of their trip; it seems kind of useless today. If I could just download my ticket info and everything else into my iPhone, I could just use that as the 'ticket' and it could provide me with live updates on flight times, etc."
