Comments on Minority Report Glove Interface From Raytheon
Defence contractor Raytheon is working on a computer interface taken from the movie Minority Report, which starred Tom Cruise. (Read
the complete story)
"Would science take over the on everything in the 21 century?
I think the scientist do great job especially in finding energy friendlier ways of venturing into space. An example is the ion propulsion technology which amuse me always.
I am a space enthusiast especially in the field of space crafts. I dream of being the first to command a shuttle mission in East Afica.

"I can remember a glove that was used to control a video game (remember those?). I saw it at the house of a friend who's son was a geek back in the 70's. It was broken but when it worked, it was faster that the control boards of the day. It was built down to a price (a piese of crap) but the idea still has legs. Imagine one with GPS, digital compass, laser communication systems (plural) to be used by soldiers to scout beyond the front, in the dark, etc. Maybe to guide these new air, land, & sea unmaned combat vehicles.
