Lumaray FL6 LED Flashlight
Okay, it's not a lightsaber - but it looks like you might be able to find your seat in a darkened cineplex with style.

The Lumaray FL6 has more going for it than futuristic looks - its patented design focuses the six LEDs into an exceptionally tight beam. It's even water-resistant to depths of up to fifteen feet - essential for visits to underwater cities, etc. Check out the six-gun style barrage of LEDs:

If you are interested in the precursors to the lightsaber in science fiction, take a look at the articles on Larry Niven's 1970 light-sword and flashlight laser; the earliest reference I can find to a blade of energy is Isaac Asimov's 1950 force-field penknife. If you haven't seen it, you'll enjoy shopping, er, I mean reading How Lightsaber's Work; read an incredibly detailed review of the Lumaray FL6 or go to the Lumaray website. And yes, I'm going to see the movie this weekend, and will hopefully stop seeing Star Wars everywhere I look.
