| "There would probably be a lot of heat given off by the Nanobots in the course of the operation depending on the power source i.e. the method of powering the Nanobots and propeling them so you would probably have to immerse the patient in an ice bath or even freeze them down in a cold store type room while the Nanobots were at work to leach away the heat which would bring up a whole new set of problems.
