If you're interested in adding an arm to this beast, check out this web sub-site, Robotic Arm Trainer. I think the home website is www.edsci.com. I have never worked with one of these arms, so I can't vouch for it, but it looks like it is full of possibilities for you if you decide to buy the bot chassis and try to mount an arm to it.

| "I think that it should support UNIX-type OSes aswell ie. Linux aswell however, Windows is not so much a problem as it is a hinderance. It big, clunky and is really a waste for those that would like to simply get right into the hardware and design custom AI programs within the robot. Currently, the Evolution Robotics Robot Control Center (RCC) software that we use is Windows based.
