"In the mid 80s, there was an ad campaign in the Baltimore (MD, USA) area touting a soon-to-be-opened "Loch Ness Mall", which was to offer underwater dining & shopping in view of fish (hard to believe, given the level of polution in the Baltimore harbor). Although this received a wild response from the public, it was later revealed ot be a marketing hoax in an attempt to show the power of advertising by radio."
