I honestly don't know whether this will work or not. However, if it does work, it's an interesting answer for those who are irritated by being photographed hundreds of times per day in large cities.
See this video appended to the comment page for an earlier story about blurring people's faces out of video camera footage; it is an art project to pixelate your picture on surveillance cameras.
