OLEDs Connected In Stretchable Display
A stretchable display that consists of printable elastic conductors made of carbon nanotubes connecting OLEDs has been created by Takao Someya, an electrical-engineering professor, and his colleagues at the University of Tokyo.

(Carbon nanotube elastic conductors link OLEDs)
This display can also be folded in half and even crumpled up without damaging the functionality of the display. It can be stretched to cover complex three-dimensional objects; it's more than a rollable display.
I love the idea of displays and electronics that can be worn like fabrics; I'll have my sleeve watch (Niven/Barnes, 1981) soon enough!
Update 18-May-2009: See also the flexy from Alastair Reynolds Pushing Ice. (Thanks, Perry!)
End update.
