What happens when city steam infrastructure is dedicated to the production of music? (Read

| "I can't seem to find it right now, (I had thought it was part of the "The Menace From Earth" short-story collection) but I'm pretty sure it was one of Heinlein's stories that had a concept like this, but significantly more advanced. The "Environmentalists" (the engineers who ran the life-support and environmental equipment in the lunar colonies) would use that equipment to perform music/light/etc shows. In "environmental" craters (the domed-over park-craters, instead of the living/working craters) they would control the entire environment to produce music/etc. Thunder and lightning, rain and wind, light and shadow, all would be brought forth in such a way as to produce a show that would be very impressive to experience."
