Walking iPhone Robot - Not The First 'Mobile' Phone
A walking iPhone robot has been created just for fun by Japanese software engineer Kazu Terasaki. It's not the first truly "mobile" cell phone (for that, see below) but it's fun to watch; take a look at the walking iPhone video below.

The basic idea is that now, your iPhone can come to you.
However, I've seen this idea before. The Cellular Phone Robot (CPR) has little wheels that help it move along to wherever you are. Take a look at this CPR Cellular Phone Robot video (but skip the first thirty seconds of annoying test pattern).
