iPhone Air Fulfils Jobs' Promise From 2007 - A Giant Screen!
In his famous 2007 introduction of the iPhone, Steve Jobs made a dramatic claim - a smartphone that was just a giant screen!
Well, finally, with the iPhone Air, I get my entirely full screen!

Do you remember (if you're old enough) when you first saw an LCD screen? It's as if they took an entire cathode ray tube display, and just gave you the part you actually used - the part in front - the screen! And that's all there is to the iPhone Air.

All you have left, really, is just a shape - an oblong, to use the words of Kazuo Ishiguro in his excellent 2021 novel Klara and the Sun:
There were young people everywhere and their bags, jackets, oblongs were all over the floor and surfaces.
Yup, they're all over.
