| But back to the building. You see, instead of scattering building material all over the country with its consequent material and social waste, we have a central construction plant located near the source of material. Here buildings are constructed on barges and when the structure is ready for delivery a portable gravity nullifier is lowered into the barge, the gravity is nullified and an air tug makes fast, towing it to any part of the world.
