Virtual Philadelphia More Interactive Than Street View
Virtual Philadelphia is the first three-dimensional virtual city ever built, according to Victor Shenkar. You can shop at Macy's; click on the location.
It's better than Google's Streetview, because you can go inside and interact with sales people in shops.

Your avatar can walk through the city and into shops like a regular person; you can also choose to fly above the city (kind of like Neo in The Matrix).
Victor Shenkar, creator of the program, is the CEO of GeoSim Cities.
