Jerry E. Pournelle, Ph.D., earned his Bachelors in Psychology and Mathematics, his Masters in Experimental Statistics and Systems Engineering, and his Doctorates in Psychology and Political Science. He is a Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of science, and of the British Interplanetary Society. He wrote the lead column for BYTE for 20 years.
