| Harold Ramis (b. 1944 - d. 2014) was an actor, director and writer. It is speculated that some of his experiences as a member of the Zeta Beta Tau fraternity helped inspire his work in Animal House. After his graduation from Washington University, he worked as an orderly in a mental ward. He performed with Chicago's Second City and also wrote and performed on SCTV. SF fans appreciate his work as writer and actor in Ghostbusters, the classic 1984 movie. |
