Gwyneth Jones:

Gwyneth Jones (b. 1952) is a UK writer primarily of juvenile fiction, although she became better known in the 1980's for her adult novels. Her work has received a James Tiptree Jr Award (1992), a Philip K Dick Award (2005) and a Pilgrim Award (2008).
