Elizabeth Whitfield Croom Bellamy (b. 1837 - d. 1900) was a critically acclaimed author of poems, short stories, and novels. In 1867, Elizabeth achieved a nationwide audience when her first novel, Four Oaks, was published under the pseudonym, Kamba Thorpe.
