C.M. Kornbluth

Cyril M. Kornbluth (b. 1923] – d. 1958) was an American science fiction author. He was born and grew up in Manhattan. An early reader (and writer) he graduated from high school at 13, received a CCNY scholarship at 14, but was thrown out prior to graduation for leading a student strike. As a member of the Futurians, he met and befriended many of the most influential science fiction writers of his time.

Kornbluth collaborated with other authors; see also Frederik Pohl (w/CM Kornbluth). See also S.D. Gottesman, a pseudonym.
