Eric Frank Russell

Eric Frank Russell (1905-1978) was an English science fiction author. He served with the RAF in WWII and worked for a while as an engineer before starting on his writing career. His short story Allamagoosa won a Hugo award in 1955. Also, see his work collaborating with the English writer Maurice A. Hugi.
