Jeff Noon (b. 1957) is a writer from the UK; he won the John W. Campbell award in 1995 for Best New Writer. Prior to his recent relocation (around the year 2000) to Brighton (A city in East Sussex in southern England), Noon set most of his stories in some version of his native city of Manchester (A city in northwestern England).
