Roger P. Graham

Roger Philip Graham (b. 1909 - d. 1966) was an American writer born in Spokane, WA, graduated from Gonzaga University and then did graduate work at The University of Washington. He also wrote under the name "Rog Phillips".

He contributed to fanzines as well as professional sf magazines. One of his short stories Rat in the Skull was nominated for a Hugo Award (best novelette) in 1959. He also wrote mystery and detective fiction.
