| "Andy - interesting idea. It turns out that particular wind turbine designs have five times the mortality rate than others; the average is about 2 birds per turbine per year overall. However, it's also true that birds are killed at a high rate by vehicles, and even just running into windows in houses and buildings. Still a good idea, though."
