Comments on MIT Nexi Robot Expresses Emotions
This robot is quite expressive, but I can think of several others, and one of them is a girl. Robot. Android. (Read the complete story)

"I forgot to mention the WD-2 Face Morphing robot. This robot is inherently more flexible than Nexi as far as facial expression goes.

(Waseda Docomo face robot 2 video demonstration)

"

"At one point during that video, I got the sense of what it might be like to piss off a robot. Imagine this little guy with his eyebrows all slanted and snarling at you like Thomas the Tank Engine meets Sonny (i robot) but possessed like Chucky. It kind of freaked me out."
(Zac Hunter 4/7/2008 2:12:13 PM)
"You've raised some good points, besides tempting me to use those IM acronyms I hate like "LOL". ;) Service robots are invariably portrayed as having a friendly or fun face; would you want to have a robot able to display (let's say) insane hatred? Maybe it's only necessary for roboticists and psychologists to explore the subset of human emotion that we need in a service robot."
(Bill Christensen 4/7/2008 2:32:21 PM)
"I think that there is no need for emotion in robots. I don't think that we know enough about artificial intelligence to employ emotionally active "beings" into our world."
(Paul 4/8/2008 12:25:21 PM)
"The main robot in the movie "I Robot" had an expressive face."
(Mark 4/8/2008 2:23:25 PM)
