"Good Day Mr Owada, it is an honor to write to you regarding your invention of the CAS system. We believed is a great invention. My company is being assigned on a project to help the Indonesia fishermen in the western coastal to revamp and reconstruct their fisheries management. They have been suffering numerous tsunami disaster for the past few years and livelihood have been affected badly and follow by poverty. We are in the midst discussing with some foundations for humanitarian support to fund the project. We are discussing with the fishermen to co-managed the project with investors who shows invested interest in the fisheries.
