| "Telepresence technology has been available since at least the 1960s, and NASA has long known what materials, bearings, lubricants, electronics, et cetera work in orbit, so WHY ISN'T THIS GIZMO ALREADY IN USE ON THE SPACE STATION? Could it be they're afraid Congress will discover that EVAs could be performed by controllers on the ground, and so further cut funding for Manned Space?
