Donkey Motorcycle And Giant Lizard Rocket Launcher
This isn't really a science fiction prediction (or at least, I don't think so), but I'm still intrigued.
Check out this video of a guy who has added some motorcycle technology to his donkey in Iran:
(Donkey with motorcycle hardware attached - donkeycycle?)
Now, consider the giant lizards carrying rocket launchers in the new Dragon Wars movie:
(Dragon Wars trailer)
(As an aside, I saw this movie last weekend; I liked it more than I thought I would. Some of the acting is uneven, but the special effects showed great imagination.)
I also remember an earlier version of this idea from the Naboo battle scene in Star Wars.
This has gotten me thinking about combinations of modern technology and animals. Can you think of earlier examples of animals with advanced technology fitted onto them?
