Get Your Speeder Flying Motorcycle From Jetpack Aviation

The $380,000 vertical-takeoff-and-landing aircraft, called the “Speeder,” will be able to reach at least 150 mph, have a 45-mile range and fly as high as 15,000 feet when it debuts next year, according to David Mayman, chief executive of JetPack Aviation, a company that creates and sells personal jet packs.“This is a compact machine, like a motorcycle, that can take off vertically from your front lawn or driveway and land on the other side of the city in a similar position,” said Mayman, who famously made a jet-pack flight around the Statue of Liberty in 2015. “That kind of convenience and size is what we’ve all dreamed about, but this idea has always been treated like science fiction.”
Of course the Star Wars Landspeeder comes to mind, but science fiction great Larry Niven's Flycycle from his 1970 masterpiece Ringworld is a better example:
The flycycles were miracles of compact design. Aside from their individualistic saddles, they were built all alike: a pair of four foot spheres joined by the constriction that held the saddle. Half the rear section was luggage space, and there was harness for stringing additional gear.
