If Tesla introduces an actual robot with these specs in 2023 that actually walks and moves like the actor who portrayed the robot in their presentation, I will be the most astonished person in America. I'm assuming that this is an "aspirational product" that Musk uses to attract talent in artificial intelligence and robotics.
In the latest Tesla Q1 2022 Financial Results and Q&A Webcast, Musk doubles down on the importance of Optimus Prime, the TeslaBot, saying that its value will exceed that of the Full Self Driving software and hardware:
"And then there's Optimus, I was surprised to realize that people don't realize the magnitude of the Optimus program, the importance of Optimus will become apparent in coming years, those who are insightful or listen carefully will understand that Optimus ultimately will be worth more than the car business. That's my firm belief."
