Lower Limit Of Quantum Communication Speed
A team of scientists in Geneva have performed a set of experiments using quantum communication to determine the speed of this "spooky action at a distance." It appears to occur at no less than 10,000 times the speed of light.

Daniel Salart, a doctoral student working with Professor Nocolas Gisin at the University of Geneva, performed the work in two Swiss villages separated by eleven miles.
