San Francisco Autobus
San Francisco has an autonomous robotic bus service that runs along a fixed route called the Loop on Treasure Island. Treasure Island is the site of a former U.S. Navy base in the middle of San Francisco Bay. The Loop makes seven stops, connecting residential neighborhoods with stores and community centers.
As far as I know, the first science fiction writers to use the neologism autobus were Stanley G. and Helen Weinbaum in the short story Tidal Moon:
THE autobus turned silently down the wide street of Hydropole. Robot-guided, insulated from noise and cold, it was certainly preferable to traveling by hipp.
