This is an interesting idea for a device, one which makes use of the social elements of the suicide bomber idea. I wonder if the android has any self-knowledge of the attack? A robot adhering to Asimov's rules of robotics would not be able to carry out a self-aware attack.
The android is disguised in a manner that makes it seem harmless to the target, or to not stand out in the environment in which the attack occurs.
See the article on the first use of android in The Cometeers (1936) by Jack Williamson. Comment/Join this discussion ( 1 ) | RSS/XML | Blog This | Additional
